We highly recommend this program to everyone who asks! My husband and I have both had very good success losing weight and feeling healthier since joining BistroMD. The combination of portion control, high protein and low carbs works. It is also is teaching us how to make better food choices on our own. It is so simple, easy and convenient too. We are now beginning the process of moving over to the Balance services as we transition to our long term healthy eating life style.
