From start to finish this has been hassle free with constant updates all the way through. The sales rep Ed Port, 110% AMAZING! New the products, no hard sale, talked me through everything and was AWESOME! The fitting guys, fabulous. Kept me updated on their journey, arrived when they said they would. Did a fantastic job, explained everything, were very tidy and have fitted the most fantastic door! Chuffed to bits! Only lil moan, Ed and I agreed to NO BOARD, due to where my front door is. I was left a board which is tied to a gutter pipe and promoting a really badly double glazed window! Not anywhere near my door as that's down the side and not visible. I have asked 3x for it to be removed
