Adobe Creative Cloud key was invalid and no refund
Purchased Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps 1 Year (Digital Download) from CJS CD Keys. They provided an invalid key, which I verified with a screenshot from Adobe’s redemption page. Despite multiple attempts via email and support tickets, they’ve ignored all communication and kept my £220.50 PayPal payment. After filing a PayPal dispute, CJS CD Keys retroactively altered my order details - changing the delivery method from being their online AutoKey system to ‘emailed’ to cover their tracks. This is deceptive. Avoid trusting them with high-value digital purchases.
