Limited Support Options for Free Accounts
The lack of customer support offered to free accounts is disappointing. You only get email support offered (which initially took up them almost a week to respond to, which is wild). After I responded, still unable to fix the issue, the support team ghosted me. I was not negative or aggressive in my emails, so I do not know why they never followed up. I did some googling over the following days and was able to solve the problem on my own. I'm just disappointed with my customer support experience. I am starting to look into alternative scheduling platforms with better customer support options because of this experience. If you pay for your account, you do get live chat support. However, a paid account would not make sense for my needs. If you have a free account, this is something to consider.
