Starting to become concerned...
Starting to become concerned... Filed a trademark application through them one year ago, contacted them for an update and realized the login info I was provided goes to a staff email, making it unusable by me to check on my trademark status. The original "case manager" assigned to me is no longer employed there and no one informed me or "reassigned" another point of contact. I called two weeks ago and was told I'd be contacted with an update and login credentials in three business days... no call, no email response, no answer when I try to call.
