This is the worst factoring company to…
This is the worst factoring company to do business with. Even months after you quit doing business with them they will not release you to go to another factoring company. So if you need your money to run your business do not chose E-Capital, they have horrible communication. They will not let you talk to anyone in certian departments and have to argue with them to talk to management. Even months after you not longer use their services and you do all the appropriate measure on your end they will not give you a letter of release and they will not give another funding company information so you can get your money through another company. This is by far the worse company that I have ever dealt with the 10 years that I have been in business.
