Worst company ever got ignoring their customersIv had my account restricted for…
Iv had my account restricted for several weeks now, They gave me no reason why, I sent about 20 emails and went on live chat I got no response from either. I went on trust pilot left a bad reveiw and they got back to me straight away. I sent them all the information they requested. I then got an email to say I’m good to go. Logged into me account still blocked again sent them emails which surprise surprise still ignoring. What does one have to go to get them to respond, thru are just not doing there job, Worst wallet ever but I give time a 5 for ignoring their customers, will have to find a more reliable walker as they obviously don’t value their customers.
