Bailey comes on a regular basis to inspect our property and every time she brings a pleasant, friendly approach. She is thorough in her examination of the premises and direct in pointing out anything that we need to attend to. She is totally non-threatening to us, not familiar with living in rented accommodation! And understanding of the fact that we are three somewhat elderly gentlemen!! She comes as a friend rather than an inspector and this is appreciated, although we do get any messages that need to be conveyed to us. And to her credit she is prompt in attending to any needs that arise, when tradespeople need to be involved in some way with the house or its fittings.
