Fake IG followers, Defensive staff
While the staff appears knowledgeable, there is room for improvement in their customer service. It's evident that English might not be their first language, leading to some blunt and defensive responses. When inquiring about more affordable treatments, they started becoming defensive by justifying the cost of the treatments. Consultations should foster an environment for questions and exploration of treatment options within various budgets and unfortunately I did not feel this way. They use solely Trustpilot and Topdoctors reviews which is very odd. They do not use Google reviews at all, which in this day and age is just weird. I had a look at their Instagram and discovered a large portion of their followers are likely FAKE. No Google Reviews + Fake followers is just alarm bells ringing for me. Definitely will not go ahead due to the dodginess of this place.
