I've been ordering from Element Vape for a couple of months and all of the orders are well packed and come earlier than I expected. I also find higher % nicotine vape juice than I can get locally and depend on the reviews as I am a tobacco flavor smoker only and the reviews tell me pretty much if it is sweet, vanilla tasting etc., the few and I mean maybe 4 tobacco flavors I can get locally come in 6mg, the salts I can only get in 2 brands locally so I have a much better selection at EV and a much much better price even with the import tax. I have learned quickly to watch for the sales and stock up and the sale usually covers the import tax so I am saving money while getting a better selection! The mods are also cheaper with or without a sale even when you add shipping and are all brands I have heard of.
