All went fairly well

All went fairly well, quick delivery of the samples and the carpet thereafter. However, the carpet I received was 7cm shorter than what I paid for. I was lucky adding 10cm extra but that is not right. I would not say anything if that was 1-2cm but 7 is pi** taking! Carpet is nice though, easy to lay on my stairs and looks good, this patchy brown colour hides all dirt:))
