DO NOT USE! If I could rate zero stars I would !! I used to love using Favor but last Thursday, I made an order that was estimated as being only $15 but after my food was delivered my order turned out to be $29. First of all ordering from Dunkin’ Donuts down the street and it’s turning out to be $29 is absurd. Secondly, this worthless excuse for a company charged my credit card twice for $29. You would think that there is a customer service line that you can reach somebody, but no it only allows you to send emails in which you never get a reply. On top of that their policy is you must make a complaint within seven days of your order, I have now sent three emails and have yet to get a response from anyone! I have Google search to try and find a customer service number and the numbers I do find say that I have to go through the app for help. So at this point I’m going to my bank and having them take legal actions because this is ridiculous.
