Waited 18 minutes for a driver in the suburbs
Driver density in the Scottsdale suburbs of Phoenix is clearly still building out. I waited 18 minutes for a pickup on a Tuesday afternoon, which shouldn't be that long. The fare was fair and the driver was great once he arrived, but competing apps would've had someone there in 5 minutes. I get that it's a newer market but this needs to improve for me to rely on Ryde daily.
