STOLE my MONEY as they DISABLED my account for NO reason!
This is literally THE WORST payment provider! I was using it for 2 years. I logged in again this morning because I received a payment from a client. And then I realised that suddenly Payoneer has DISABLED my account for NO REASON and is asking me the EXACT SAME THINGS! - ID (that they ALREADY have). - UTILITY BILL (that they ALREADY have). - Selfie video. I've sent them everything and my account is STILL disabled! The customer support replied after 6 hours saying "Ah your ID did not pass, it was different than the previous". Yes OF COURSE it was different than the previous. Because the previous ID was the old Greek ID and now your BROKEN camera recognition system is NOT allowing me to re-sent my old Greek ID (I was trying for 10 minutes) so I've sent you my driving license. Can't you see that IT IS ME in the driving license ID ? 12 hours have passed and the platform has still my account DISABLED and they HOLD my money! The next thing is that they obviously need a lawsuit to wake up!
