Contract renewal - excellent service
Telephoned Voneus following renewal email, enquired whether there were any other renewal offers available, these were shared by Andiswa customer service agent. Andiswa was extermely helpful, polite and professional, great communication and explained everything. New contractct taken out with Voneus. I have been with them since October 2024, I have always found all staff I have interacted with to be helpful, truthful and efficient and the pricing of mbps is very competitive, the broadband service coverage, speed etc. brilliant. Customer service excellent. I recommend this company based on this and previous interactions as they are very responsive and solution focused.
