Sustainable distribution for who?
I have been a customer since 2022 and love the product. I decided to treat myself and order the glass jug. As soon as I ordered it, I realised my address is incorrect, I immediately (2 minutes later) reached out via email to change my delivery address and changed my address within my account to prevent this from happening again. This did nothing despite having a misleading response, and my jug has now been delivered to my previous address. I work for a subscription-based business, and changing a delivery address is not difficult, especially if it benefits the customer and aligns with all the things Phox stands for: "SUSTAINABLE DISTRIBUTION". I no longer have contact details for my building so travelling to collect is a risk as people might not be in. Not a sustainable way to do business.
