Was a absolute pleasure to deal with Graham, brought (ordered) my new bike from them was told how long the order would be which was spot on. For a reasonable charge they delivered it to me at a time which suited me (due to me working nights). Tbh I never leave reviews but seeing some negative feedback on here I wanted to reassure people that I found this company to be knowledgeable and professional while dealing with me. Occasionally I phoned them and left a message to check the progress of my bike and they returned my call. I was able to check the progress of delivery on the day via a live text message. When I got the bike Graham explained the features and even offered 60% off on future purchases in his shop. So big thank you for helping me kick off my new riding adventures.
