Unreliable, incompetent, unacceptable.
Placed an order in Nov 2024 with an estimated delivery date of Jan 2025. Jan 2025 comes around and it gets delayed until Feb 2025. Feb 2025 comes around and it gets delayed until Mar 2025. You know the story. It is now May 2025 and the order still has not yet been fulfilled. Furthermore they have the gall to raise the price on the items that haven't yet delivered. Customer service is extremely responsive with bot-like / canned answers like 'While your order is still active, we are waiting for more information from the vendor. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA at this time, but we are still expecting another delivery. If any changes are made, we will send an update promptly via email." Same response every time. Don't waste your time and money on this useless organization.
