I tried for an iphone. It's been 18 days, payment has already been debited. All documents provided. I didn't receive anything. Neither acceptance nor denial of my request. I even can't access my Espace client. I've been trying to contact via email, Instagram, and Facebook. But no response at all. There is no phone number available where I can call to talk to someone. Overall the whole thing is disgusting
