Very efficient and good communication, but...
Very efficient and good communication. However, when I thought I was simply going to the basket to check out, I suddenly found I'd already bought the item and there was then no way of cancelling, unlike other online traders. Fortunately I was able to contact them and the money was back in my account a couple of days later.
