HORRIBLE RETURN PROCESS ONLINE PURCHASE
Item ordered online and delivered [at an outrageous cost] had a flaw. Requested a new one be sent out at no cost to me and I would then send back the flawed item after received the replacement also at no additional cost to me [provide me with a return shipping lable]. NOT POSSIBLE??? I could drive to nearest store [not close ] to return and reorder paying for shipping and then let them know I returned the other and then they would reimburse my shipping?? No way I am trusting I would ever get that shipping refunded. Also offered a 20% credit which given the original cost of the item was minimal but I grudgingly accepted that offer. Now let's see if it actually is processed. Additionally there is no mechanism to actually speak with a customer service representative.
