AVOID
I paid quite a high price for a legal document to be sent to me. The company chose DX. Delivery never happened. I rebooked it for today after several texts from them saying they are unable to deliver (for what reason?!), and today, I received nothing. It was a pain to contact them and when I did, I was just told that my document would not be delivered today. No explanation, no apologies, I had booked the day off because I need to sign at reception. They would not even have contacted me if I hadn't contacted them. I can't believe this.
