I purchased the products back in August. Used them exclusively over a 3 months period but as I have short hair and only wash it weekly the products have lasted beyond this period. Giving them plenty of time to work. Unfortunately, they haven’t worked and they’ve left my hair feeling like straw each time I’ve washed it. It’s not been a luxury experience which I would expect for the cost of the products. I have now received another set of products that don’t need and won’t use. I want to return the products unused and sealed and I would like a refund only for the unused products I want to return. I’ve spent a significant amount of time contacting the company and there have been numerous emails back and forth. In brief, the won’t give me a refund or a returns address. I have offered to pay the difference between the full price of the products and the subscription charge but the still won’t accept this. The first 4/5 messages were automated statements almost identical and you can clearly see that they are scripted. Totally lacking any empathy, compassion & understanding. I honestly cannot believe that I cannot have my money back for unused unopened products that don’t make me feel good, haven’t worked on my hair and the company are making it as difficult as possible to get a refund. I won’t use the products, it’s a waste of plastic and product when someone else could benefit from it. I am a reasonable, polite and decent human being who is offering to pay the difference and has absolutely no intention of writing a negative review but after approaching a week of exchanging 10 emails plus, I’m at a loss of what to do. Happy to pay for the products used. Not happy to pay for unused products that will be returned in unused, unopened, condition in the package sent in. Very disappointed with my experience, this has been really frustrating and stressful. I am genuinely upset, I’ve still got awful hair and still looking for a solution and then now I’m having to pay £56 for the privilege.
