Bad Customer Service
I signed the contract about three weeks ago, officially I got my internet on 7th of September, however currently I still don't have any internet. I would use the hotline, however this is nearly impossible, when the hotline is only running during working hours and I am myself working. The mail service is not much better because responses need about 1-2 days. The only thing that was quite quick was the credit check. At this point I cannot rate the internet, however I am very much displeased with the current customer service.
