They didn’t refund me inconvenience…

They didn’t refund me inconvenience fees from my baggage being delayed for my entire trip to Toronto. They owe me $172.00. They keep giving me the run around. I had to buy 3 new outfits and underwear as my stuff was stuck in the abyss
