Won't let me unsubscribe - Feel scammed!
I had a year long subscription auto renew without my knowing and tried to get this cancelled and refunded (before any boxes were shipped or received). The support was not willing to help and so I had to escalate to PayPal. Once escalated, I was informed by TokyoTreat that I would not be getting the refund nor the boxes because of the PayPal case. They did eventually provide a coupon for one year of boxes (with no refund so essentially I was forced to pay for a year of unwanted boxes). Fine, chalked it up to a learning experience. BUT after this year has now expired (which was payed for using said coupon), they have renewed me for another year without notice! I made it clear that I could not afford the initial year but definitely cannot afford this second one! I have just raised another ticket with support and will update accordingly.
