Terrible Customer Service
I had a planned delivery of some furniture from dusk booked for today (27/06/2025). Rhenus sent me a message a few days before confirming the delivery date and advising I’d get an estimated window the day before. By Friday morning I’d still not had the message so I tried to reach out in office hours to their WhatsApp number. This is where it got frustrating, getting through to a person is difficult not all chatbot options lead anywhere and keep saying come back after 8am to talk to someone (it was after 8am) When I finally got through to someone they confirmed they won’t be delivering my order as booked and confirmed. Wednesday was the earliest they would try to deliver. I asked why it was suddenly not going to be delivered but just kept getting the same “as advised this will not be delivered today, we apologise for the inconvenience caused” message. This wouldn’t have been so bad but having to randomly press chatbot options for 15 minutes before made the whole experience ridiculous.
