Went for a meal at Cosmo Nottingham and arrived at 9:30 On a Saturday evening as soon we sat down was told buffet was being cleared soon??? They close at 11 or 11:30, walked round buffet and saw staff helping themselves, hardly any food was out and parts were being cleared already, just after 10pm chocolate fountain was being taken down and again was told buffet was being cleared, by 10:30 the restaurant was empty and we felt like it was a wasted meal and experience. Complained via Facebook as website didn’t respond only to be 25% off a meal, I said that wasn’t acceptable only to be told we don’t give free meals??
