Thankyou lovely ladies!
I spoke to a lady prior who helped me locate my meter, but her name slipped my mind but she was amazing and so friendly. I was then transfered over to the loveliest lady named Kirsty! She helped me get a discount I didn't even know I was entilted to, she was patient with me as I had to deal with a toddler while trying to get my details to provide to her for payment. Women like these two are what makes calling up companies less stressful. Absolute credit to the company, I hope the company are treating them well as they bloody deserve a raise. Also wait time was impressive, like 3 minutes if that. Thanks from Eleanor/Ellie <3
