I am still dealing with them now

I am still dealing with them now. I wish I had found these reviews ahead of time. I used them because a friend had shipped his car over to Germany in 2016, and it seemed to have worked well. I am moving to Spain, had 1/2 my house packed and stored until my house had sold. Now they just packed and loaded the rest of it. I was quoted around $19,000 total, plus an extra $2000 once I needed an additional pick up in San Diego. So far so good. Once the container was packed and stored, waiting for the remaining items, I receved daily invoices of $449 for putting the container somewhere, and $449 monthly to actually store it. I was not aware of that, and tried to figure out where that charge came from. Jennifer literally yelled at me, short of calling me stupid, and re-sending her initial quotes and telling me I was wrong and I should have known all this. Like I ship stuff to Europe on a daily basis.... this is quite an overwhelming process, and she had no empathy or even professional bedside manners. Plain rude and unpleasant, right after I had paid almost $20,000. After that I heard nothing more. After the second pick up 2 months later, I am contacted by Nathan. He was professional and kind until the load was packed by them and picked up. After that, no answer to 3 emails and attempts of phone calls (his voice mail box is full...). No status on whether the stuff has shipped or will any time soon. I get that the ports are busy and overloaded, but he cannot answer my emails? So unprofessional. When I called the main number, I tried to tell why I am calling, the lady interrupted me mid sentence and yells at me who my representative is. I told her it was Nathan, but that I could not get through to him. Then she settled down a bit and was nicer, took my number and was actually also let a supervisor know. Well, let's wait and see. I am definitely over this, but my things have not even left the US yet.
