No way to cancel policy
I took out a car insurance policy, but just after paying online I realised that my current policy had automatically renewed. Hence I tried to cancel the Esure policy but there was no way of doing this. No cancel option on the website. No email address to use. No phone number to contact. Basically my money has been taken for a policy that is not needed and there no way of getting it back. Hopefully someone from Esure will contact me when they read this review as it is the only way of communicating with them. Update - they read the review and gave me an email contact to cancel my policy!
