I've had a billing issue with Cluey…
I've had a billing issue with Cluey learning since June 7. I've have called and Ieft messages. No-one has called me to discuss this issue. Everytime I call no-one is available to talk to me but someone will call me back in 24 hrs. This has happened continuously since the 07 June. How many times should I go through this cycle before I should take my experience to the media.... you are happy to over bill me but cant provide a statement of accounts..... today is the 18 July... am on the phone on hold 19min and the phone drops out...... no call back from Cluey I call again ans start the process alll over again.......
