Great customer service, sorting out my static IP. Pleased with the service overall. Couple of Lou re could be improved; the fitter zip tied the fibre down my stack pipe outside. I'll be taking all the zip ties off and attaching to the wall. Second, unlike most broadband providers, they will not work with your existing provider to tie in your cancellation meaning you'll probably have an overlap
