Mechanic was and hour and a half late
Mechanic was and hour and a half late! He did contact me, but he indicated he'd only 30 minutes late! Then arrives an tells me that he won't be able to do all the work as he does not have the parts! I call and speak to his manage and he tells me: 1) I should have booked an earlier time slot! That would have been good information to know when I booked! 2) He'd already directed the mechanic to only do an inspection and comeback another day for the rest of the work. That would be great if I hadn't taken leave!! I feel for the mechanic as he'd driven a long way and was very polite. And it wasn't his fault. The issue was poor communication, his manger and the pre-planning before heading to a job.
