Excellent Customer Service
I had the opportunity to fly from BWI to Fll on 2223 flight #. Just as the flight was announced there was an unaccompanied minor that the agent was attending to, he spoke to him and made him feel comfortable and relaxed then he took him to his seat in the aircraft. I spoke to the agent and learned his name is Marvin Robinson, he was very professional and treated all his passengers with respect and even though the flight was delayed for three hours everyone was very relaxed and calm.
