Consistent and Reliable
Last time there was a shipping issue with my order, it never arrived, or was sent back - I'm not sure. I don't even think I got what I ordered but I placed another, bigger order for a different product and it arrived, very fast - much appreciated. Using the site on this latest purchase was good, although it still hangs for quite a bit on the screen where it is processing the order. Maybe a little animation there might help, or a loading bar, just so people don't think the system is frozen.
