Scam. Do not trust.
Bought a couch in December. Delivery date stated 20 to 29 of January. 9 days time frame for delivery. It is now 29 of January and the couch is nowhere to be seen. I have tried to make an account on their site and at the order there so I could track it as there was no communication whatsoever on the subject. Phone robot says "we are closed, please call during normal working hours" every single time I call, no matter the hour. And customer service representative - one Taimoor - does nothing but read form procedures. No he can't add the order manually (really? In 2025? You think I believe that even for a second?). He will follow up with the order in another 3 to 5 working days as delivery takes time. (9 days time frame is not sufficient? I get packages from China faster than that! Do you bring my couch over with a horse drawn buggy?) Do not buy from this company. They are scammers.
