Grandado does not leave in the lurch his customers
Grandado sells products which you cannot find anymore on the swiss market: I wanted to repair an old Canon Objectiv. Unfortunately the part I need is no more available, out of stock (but still on Grandado internetpages!) I was very glad to be informed of this by "Ivanna,| Customer Care ". This very gently collaborator promised me tu refund the amount of the payed but not delivered part (39,09 Swis Francs) on my Visa. Until now (8th mart) the refund has not arrived.
