The company is a broker and has no visabilty on your move. they will quote low estimating fuel for the truck but don't figure in the cost of the following: ACTUAL SQ FT of items and number of boxes. STAIRS REPACKING- EVEN IF YOU PACK THEY REPACK AND CHARGE YOU ... THAT IS ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL TO SHIP THE DAY YOU MOVE. think about going to the airline and asking for your ticket to be printed thinking you bought economy and they say SORRY YOU ARR BEING MOVED TO FIRST CLASS AND HERE IS YOUR NEW AIRFARE PRICE. the broker schedules a moving LLc logistics.... SHADDY... and removed my things from utah to CALIFORNIA... eve tough my destination was WISCONSIN. AFTER THE carrier LOADRUNS LLC trucking rerouted my load and then took an extra week to deliver was beyond me . I asked them to deliver 1st possible date and they delivered a week later. all my wedding items were on the truck and I had to buy everything again. BS! I had planned for a week before my wedding for then to arrive and they still were late. then when they did deliver the driver did not have a lift gate and the two movers contracted by this poor quality broker were left to move items that they did not expect and will most likely file WC against the broker North American or Mayflower are a better route. while expensive atleastbyou don't have surprises. Would never recommend Coastal moving Services and would never recommend penske or loadruns LLC SHAME
