I usually don't have regrets ever about anything, but I regret not noticing this platform more when they first opened and I signed up. I recently came back and realized they had my favorite Shark Frenzy game by Slotmill. Played there briefly then an issue on the game providers end with a UI updated they did where the screen was just looping and you couldn't get any money that you won from that round. I knew after a couple days as 3 other platforms I play on I experienced the same issue. I ended up staying up all night trying to get it to work, we were literally a team lol I had a lot of fun with the staff that night lol. I didn't reach back out to them after I realized what was going on cause I was so busy dealing with other platforms and it was not much time that passed. I even emailed Slotmill but I didn't get a reply. These guys messages me today, I didn't lose the small amount I won in the round, they got it back and got my game fixed. These guys have the very best support. Most support on other platforms, they are honestly so rude, they will not take anything you say into consideration and/or they straight gas light you. These guys took everything I said with care and listened and worked hard to get it resolved. I haven't cashed out here yet, but I'm just getting a fair start here. Nothing will ever be better than to be heard, to be cared about as a customer. I love it here! 💜
