Not an experience I will repeat
We were looking forward to this cozy eating experience, however, it is NOT what is advertised If you want to spend £35 to sat at long benches freezing cold on public view, not receive what is advertised, still be hungry, feel like you're putting staff out, watvoff broken crockery and smell like you have just been to a bonfire ..then this is the place for you!! Staff were apologetic for not having MANY items in stock (drinks, food and no choc sauce for smores) the broken BBQ with no lid so therfore produced no heat and we smelled of a bonfire for the remainder of the day, not restocking the unlimited sides. We were apologising to other customers for wading through narrow gap on our way to the cheese bar apologising to staff for interupting their conversations and texting, when arriving back at table it was cold. Contacted venue organiser; Tom Howe offered to call me back but still waiting....three weeks later!! Don't waste your money!!
