Counterfeit product, no customer service
I purchased an Apple HomePod mini. I was shipped a counterfeit apple HomePod mini. The stickered branding on the box and the build quality of the “speaker” were evidence of a non-genuine product. I emailed customer service to request a refund and was met with radio silence. I would not buy anything from this retailer.
