The worst customer service ever!!!

The item I’ve purchased wasn’t to my expectations so I decided to return it. I followed the instructions on the email I’ve got after my delivery arrived and I’ve registered my return. Again I’ve followed the instructions on the Vila website how to return my order and found out that the label which came with the order was good to use instead of the one generated while registering my return. So I’ve attached the label and went to post office only to find out that this label isn’t valid for DHL deliveries so I had to pay €13 for sending the order. When I contacted the customer service and after explaining them exactly what happened as above I was told I used wrong label and they won’t refund me my shipping costs. I’ve attached pictures of the parcel with the label and receipt form the post office and asked for proof that the label isn’t correct and haven’t received any reply. An absolute joke!!! I’ll never shop with Vila again and I won’t recommend to anyone unless you are sure you will be happy with your order and are not planning to return it. Good Luck
