We had a problem downloading the tickets for the match. Despite following the instructions it saved as a picture with no QR code and when we went to the match they couldn't recognise the tickets. The stadium then looked up the seating and actually had to cancel the tickets and print two physical tickets as they then would have a QR code. Apart from that they were very good seats and a very enjoyable package
