Bad experience, will never come back!

I went to a Dan Murphy’s physical store for the first time and was shocked by the arrogancy and cold service of the lady on the register. I wish I knew her name so I can mention it here! She did not even look at me, but rather talked and gossiping with her fellow workmate while serving me! Actually she was badmouthing nearly every single customer who passed by her in the store. When I asked her about something that I bought, she was so rude and told me I should know better about it before I decided to buy it. So I can’t ask her any question either? She definitely badmouthed me after I left the store, just like what she did to every other customer who visited that shop during her shift. She is a black haired lady, hair tied up, with green uniform; the shop is located in Upper Coomera. Why do you employ someone like that @ Dan Murphy’s? It was my first visit, and will never come back there ever! I’d rather go to smaller shops who are friendlier!
