HomeTrust is the worst mortgage company
This is the worst mortgage company I have ever experienced. They gave our broker mixed information over and over again. Underwriters told our broker document collection was complete and then didn't close the refinance. They sent instructions to our lender 3 weeks later than expected. They waited until the day of closing to review documents and then ended up postponing the closing an addition 5 days. This company does not care about your deadlines or financial experience. They are self centered, unorganized and unprofessional. Do not use HomeTrust as a lender.
