Dear Huws Gray Glasgow, It does appear from comments today, that you do read these comment pages ? ...read on !! ...ha ha Following my somewhat negative review of below and earlier, I would appreciate if you spent more time reading this and "absorbed" what was actually commented upon and to whom the blame for inefficiencies should be attributed ? I today visited your depot in Dundee to find out you had apparently contacted them an attempted to admonish your good self and place my displeasure at their service and "door" ...as such could not be further from the truth . The agents and crew at the Dundee depot are a credit and superb , and most IO have dealt with over the years without complaint. My "gripe" is a reflection of your inter departmental invoice and payment liason and nothing whatsoever to place any blame on Dundee and the guys there cheers !!
