Awful customer service
Despite being in credit for a dual fuel account (gas in credit, electricity in debit), Economy Energy continually pursued me for money. Very threatening and unhelpful customer service. They refused to refund me my gas credit (which would have more than offset the debit) which I believe they are not allowed to do. Had to go via citizen advice and resolver to get this settled in the end. Took a further month to get the money they owed me back. Would never return to them.
