Cant get in the account anymore

I bought a gta 5 account for pc and it worked fine but now when I try to get in the account it asks me for a verification code and you gave me a link to get the code but when i try to open the link it says that the website doesnt exist anymore,how do I get in the account? I wrote this ticket a lot of times but i never got responded. I got responded " Good day, unfortunately no one has access to webmail anymore. Try to contact rockstar games." I cant replay to the email or get in the account,I paid real money for the account and I want a refound or another account.
