Frances David has been incredibly helpful to me as a potential buyer. Over 2-3 weeks negotiations went back and forth, and I found her always helpful, positive, friendly, ready with advice when needed. She was also easy to contact, which was very helpful. I’d always thought that dealing with an online agent would be a frustrating and impersonal experience, but this first stage of the process has been far less stressful than I’d expected. Thankyou.
